A beautiful little bed and breakfast. It's got a lot of charm. The hostess is very nice and is very accommodating. The food is delicious. The rooms are nice and each has its own unique style. My wife and I definitely enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Giving this 4 stars because the first time we went (last year) it was a 5 but the most recent visit was only a 3. Service was great and fast but the retaurant was freezing cold. There was an unlit wood stove that would have made a huge difference. Our meals were good but not as spectacular as the first time we visited. Hopefully this was just an anomaly.

Personally I have never stayed here but have vistwd others that did. Other than expensive for what you get, the stay was ok

Staff and location are terrific. Some of the nicest folks you could meet. The room was nice but not totally what we expected. It was tidy and clean enough however it was advertised with a barbeque, which was broken upon our arrival. Not a major issue but we had planned on using it, so it was a minor annoyance. The water also had an odd burnt smell to it which wasn't hugely appealing. Food was delicious and well prepared and the old schoolhouse restaurant is incredibly interesting and filled with historic elements from when the school was functioning. You can't do half stars here but my rating would be 3.5/5 stars simply down to the couple things I mentioned above.

What an amazing place. Recently stayed here and everything was awesome. So beautiful, so much character, comfortable room and most importantly the best hospitality I think I've ever had. Lee makes you feel like family. Ooh and the food! And beers on tap. I could go on!
